     Johann Melchior Bossert was born on 8 December 1745 Bucks County, Pennsylvania.1,2 He was the son of Philip Bossert and Eva (Unknown).2
     Johann Melchior Bossert married Veroncia "Sophronia" Heller, daughter of Johan Simon Heller and Louisa "Lowii" Dietz, in New York.3,2
     Johann Melchior Bossert died on 8 February 1830 in Hamilton, Northampton, Pennsylvania, at the age of 84.1
