     Rufus Wilbour was born on 10 June 1813 in Clinton, Dutchess, New York, his parents were residing at Creek Monthly Meeting.1 He was the son of James Wilbour.1

     Susanna Wilbour was born on 9 November 1760 in Washington, Dutchess, New York.1 She was the daughter of David Wilbor and Mary Kirby.
     On 20 September 1782, Susanna Wilbour married Stephen Mosher at First Stanford Baptist Church in Bangall, Dutchess County, New York.2
