Asael Wilbur, was probably included as a white male, age ten to sixteen years old, in Thomas Willbur's household on the 1800 Census enumerated in Stephentown, Rensselaer, New York.3 Asael Wilbur did not appeared on the on 6 August 1810 census of Stephentown, Rensselaer, NY, in the household of his parents Thomas Willbur and Abigail Wilbur.4,1 Asael Wilbur began military service in 1812 after the war went to Canada.

Betsey Wilbur was born on 29 September 1745 in Washington, Dutchess, New York.2,3,4 She was the daughter of Thomas Wilbor and Deborah Clossen.
In 1763, Betsey Wilbur married Joseph Mosher, son of Israel Mosher and Sarah Rogers, in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts.5,2,3 Betsey was a Quaker in at Nine Partners Monthly Meeting, in Nine Partners, Dutchess, New York.4 She and Joseph Mosher were given removal certificates on 16 September 1795 in 9 Partners MM, Dutchess, NY, to the Hudson Columbia Monthly Meeting, where they were received and accepted on 24th day of 12th month of that year.4
Betsey Wilbur was mentioned in the will of her father, Thomas Wilbor filed on 21 July 1796 in Washington, Dutchess, New York.
