     Charles Wilbur was born on 22 September 1862 in Ponca, Dixon, Nebraska.1,2 He was the son of Jefferson Wilbur and Elizabeth Ann Trim.

     Charles Wilbur appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Ponca, Dixon, Nebraska in the household of his parents, Jefferson Wilbur and Eliza Ann Wilbur.1
     On 19 March 1887, Charles Wilbur married Catherine Burgess in Covington, Dakota County, Nebraska.3

     Charlotte Eveline Wilbur was born on 27 June 1823 in Kent, Litchfield, Connecticut.1 She was the daughter of Stephen Van Rensselaer Wilbur and Polly "Sally" Campbell.1
     Charlotte Eveline Wilbur was probably included as a white female, age five to nine, in Stephen Van Rensselaer Wilbur's household on the 1830 Census enumerated in Erin, Tioga, New York.2
     Charlotte Eveline Wilbur married Thomas K. Ayres in, he is the first husband of Charlotte...1
     Charlotte Eveline Ayres, was probably included as a white female, age fifteen to nineteen years old, in an unknown person 's household on the 1840 Census enumerated in Chemung Township, Chemung, New York.3

     Clara Wilbur was born on 22 September 1856 in Bonus Prairie, Boone, Illinois.1,2 She was the daughter of Jefferson Wilbur and Elizabeth Ann Trim.
     On 9 July 1860, Fred, Clara, Elmira and Ida migrated to in Ponca, Dixon County, Nebraska, from left Bonus, Boone County, Illinois and with her parents Jefferson Wilbur and Ann Wilbur. They came in an oxen drawn covered wagon. Because of the value that Jefferson placed on education he chose land in Ponca, even though the acreage cost $7.00 an acre vs $1.25 an acre for Government land, in order for his children would be able to attend school. The School in Ponca was the only school that was near the property. The fact that the family left in July 1860 could be the reason that his family is not found on the census of 1860. They may have been missed by the census taker in both Illinois and Nebraska.3
     Clara Wilbur appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Ponca, Dixon, Nebraska, in the household of her parents, Jefferson Wilbur and Elizabeth Wilbur.1
     Clara Wilbur appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Ponca, Dixon, Nebraska in the household of her parents, Jefferson Wilbur and Eliza Ann Wilbur.4
     On 23 December 1880, Clara Wilbur married John Albert Wilbur, son of Russell Holmes "Russ" Wilbur and Esther Hannah Moore, in Ponca, Dixon County, Nebraska.5,6,7
     Clara Wilbur and John Albert Wilbur appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Silver Creek, Dixon, Nebraska, enumerated 12 June 1900. Their children Daisy Lee and Clara Ann were listed as living with them.8
     Clara Wilbur was mentioned in the will of her father, Jefferson Wilbur filed on 23 August 1904 in Ponca, Dixon, Nebraska. The will also mentions: Fred Elmer Wilbur, Elmira Eisenlord "Myra" Wilbur, Ida Wilbur, Frank Wilbur, Minerva Wilbur, Lee Wilbur and John Albert Wilbur.9
     Clara Wilbur and John Albert Wilbur appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Silvercreek, Dixon, Nebraska, enumerated 21 April 1910. Their daughter Clara Ann was listed as living with them, as well as Clara's husband, Warren L Mc Cool.2
     Clara Wilbur and John Albert Wilbur appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Ponca, Dixon, Nebraska, at Third Street, enumerated 9 January 1920.10
     Clara Wilbur died on 10 December 1943 in in Martinsburg, Dixon, Nebraska, at the age of 87.7
     Clara was buried after 10 December 1943 in the Silver Ridge Cemetery, located in Martinsburg, Dixon County, Nebraska .11
