     Guy Franklin Wilbur was born on 13 August 1881 Dakota County, Nebraska.1 He was the son of Guy Russel Wilbur and Ella Josephine Linebarger.1
     Guy Franklin Wilbur died on 6 August 1892 at the age of 10.1

     Guy Russel Wilbur was born on 11 August 1856 in Bonus Prairie, Boone, Illinois.3,1,4,5,6 He was the son of Russell Holmes "Russ" Wilbur and Esther Hannah Moore.1
     Guy Russel Wilbur appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of in Ponca, Dixon County, Nebraska in the household of his parents, Russell Holmes "Russ" Wilbur and Esther Hannah Wilbur.1 His full name was George R. Wilbur.3
     Guy Russel Wilbur appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of in Ponca, Dixon, Nebraska, in the household of his parents, Russell Holmes "Russ" Wilbur and Esther Hannah Wilbur.3
     On 13 June 1878, Guy Russel Wilbur married Ella Josephine Linebarger in.4,7 Guy was was elected Probate Judge in 1880 in Cedar County, Nebraska.8

Wilbur, who is among our early settlers having been raised in the state coming to Wayne from Hartington [Cedar County] twenty years ago, and locating in the city of Wayne. Not only does he possess an extensive friendship here at home, but few men can claim as general acquaintance and established popularity throughout the state as he. Mr. Wilbur also does some real estate and abstracting as well, he deals extensively in farm loans, etc. He has always been foremost in promoting the best interest of the city and county which is due to a great extent to his most honorable reputation and standing with the people at large.11
