     Samuel Wilbur was born in 1787 in Millbrook, Dutchess, New York.1 He was the son of Samuel Wilbur and Zelpha Travure. Samuel Wilbur was mentioned in the will of his grandfather Thomas Wilbor on 21 July 1796 in Washington, Dutchess, New York.2,3,4,5,6
     On 1 January 1806, Samuel Wilbur married Mary Wilbur, daughter of Enoch Wilbur and Phebe Church, in.1,7
     Samuel Wilbur died on 19 August 1811.1
