     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf was born on 29 June 1867 in Phillipsburg, Waterloo, Ontario,Canada.1,2,3 She was the daughter of Johannes S. "John" Zulaf and Sallie Shamber.
     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf appeared on the 1871 Canadian Census of Wilmot, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in the household of her parents, Johannes S. "John" Zulaf and Sallie Zulaf.4
     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf appeared on the 1881 Canadian Census of Wilmot, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in the household of her parents, Johannes S. "John" Zulaf and Sallie Zulaf.5
     On 24 March 1885, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf married John E Lanz Sr, son of Johannes "John" Lanz and Catherina Schick, in Plymouth, Jefferson County, Nebraska.6
     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Lanz appeared on the 1885 State Census of Plymouth, Jefferson, Nebraska in the household of her parents, Johannes "John" Lanz and Catherina Lanz.7
     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Lanz and John E Lanz Sr appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Plymouth, Jefferson, Nebraska, enumerated 11 June 1900. Their children John Eduard, Anna Barbara, Clara Maria Emille and Selma Catharina were listed as living with them, also in the household was Johannes "John" Lanz, John's widowed father.1
     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf and John E Lanz Sr immigrated to Rosthern, Saskatchewan, Canada, with her family John Eduard Lanz Jr, Anna Barbara Lanz, Clara Maria Emille Lanz, Selma Catharina Lanz and Rosine Anna Elizabeth Lanz arriving on 1904.8
     In the 1906 Canadian Census in Sec 26, Twsp 43, Rge 5, 3W Meridian, Rosthern, Saskatchewan, Canada, Elizabeth was listed as the wife of John included in the household is John Eduard Lanz Jr, Anna Barbara Lanz, Clara Maria Emille Lanz, Selma Catharina Lanz and Rosine Anna Elizabeth Lanz.8
     Elizabeth was listed as the wife of John E Lanz Sr in the 1911 Canadian Census of Laird, Saskatchewan, Canada. Also included in the household: John Eduard Lanz Jr, Anna Barbara Lanz, Clara Maria Emille Lanz, Selma Catharina Lanz and Rosine Anna Elizabeth Lanz.9
     Elizabeth was listed as the wife of Philip Lanz in the 1911 Canadian Census of Laird, Saskatchewan. Also included in the household: Ida Katharine Salome Lanz and Willie Lanz , their children.9 Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf and John E Lanz Sr emmigrated from Laird, Saskatchewan, along with John Eduard Lanz Jr, Anna Barbara Lanz, Clara Maria Emille Lanz, Selma Catharina Lanz and Rosine Anna Elizabeth Lanz, leaving on 5 March 1912.10
     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf and John E Lanz Sr immigrated to Emerson, Minnesota, with her family John Eduard Lanz Jr, Anna Barbara Lanz, Clara Maria Emille Lanz, Selma Catharina Lanz and Rosine Anna Elizabeth Lanz, aboard the Great Northern Railway arriving on 6 March 1912.10
     John E Lanz Sr and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf filed the Petition of Naturalization on 8 January 1919. And Elizabeth were residing at Plymouth, Jefferson, Nebraska.11,10
     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Lanz and John E Lanz Sr appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Plymouth Village, Jefferson, Nebraska, at Madison Avenue, enumerated 17 April 1920. Their children Selma Catharina and Rosa were listed as living with them.12
     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Lanz and John E Lanz Sr appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Plymouth Village, Jefferson, Nebraska, enumerated 22 April 1930. Their daughter Rosine Anna Elizabeth was listed as living with them.13
     Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf died on 31 March 1939 in Plymouth, Jefferson, Nebraska, at the age of 71.14,2,15

     Anna Zulaf was born on 22 June 1866, Ontario,Canada.3,4,5 She was the daughter of Johannes S. "John" Zulaf and Sallie Shamber.2
     Anna Zulaf appeared on the 1871 Canadian Census of Wilmot, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in the household of her parents, Johannes S. "John" Zulaf and Sallie Zulaf.6
     Anna Zulaf appeared on the 1881 Canadian Census of Wilmot, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in the household of her parents, Johannes S. "John" Zulaf and Sallie Zulaf.7 Anna Zulaf witnessed the marriage of John E Lanz Sr and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Zulaf on 24 March 1885 in Plymouth, Jefferson, Nebraska.8
     On 19 December 1886, Anna Zulaf married Philip Lanz, son of Johannes "John" Lanz and Catherina Schick, in Plymouth, Jefferson County, Nebraska.2,3,9
     Anna Lanz and Philip Lanz appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Plymouth, Jefferson, Nebraska, enumerated 11 June 1900, reporting the family living next door to Philip's brother George and 9 houses from his older brother John.. Their children Ida Katharine Salome and Willliam John were listed as living with them.3
     Anna was listed as the wife of Philip Lanz on 5 June 1901 Census in Ebenfeld, Saskatchewan, Canada, included in the household is Ida Katharine Salome Lanz and Willie Lanz , their children.4
     Anna Zulaf died on 30 November 1903 in Laird, Saskatchewan, Canada, at the age of 37. Died of general weakness.5
     Anna was buried on Thursday, 3 December 1903 in the Stony Hill Cemetery, located in Laird, Saskatchewan , Canada.5
