     John T. Zulaf was born on 11 April 1871 in Philipsburg, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.1,2,3 He was the son of Johannes S. "John" Zulaf and Sallie Shamber.1
     John T. Zulaf appeared on the 1881 Canadian Census of Wilmot, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in the household of his parents, Johannes S. "John" Zulaf and Sallie Zulaf.4
     John T. Zulaf appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Plymouth, Jefferson, Nebraska in the household of his parents, Johannes S. "John" Zulaf and Sallie Zulaf.1
     On 25 March 1906, John T. Zulaf married Christina Zimmerman at St Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Plymouth, Jefferson County, Nebraska.2
     John T. Zulaf died on 5 February 1936 in Plymouth, Jefferson, Nebraska, at the age of 64.2
