David G. Gow
Born at Chamcook, New Brunswick, Jan. 31, 1831. Whena young man he worked about a year in his brother’s ship yard, afterward taking up lumbering. He lived in St. George, N.B., some fifteen years, coming in 1880 to Anoka. Mr. Gow was married Oct. 26, 1854, to Mary Stewart. Children: D.S. Gow, Mrs. G.D. Hillard Mrs. Ward McCann, Mrs. H.L.
