At the time of Stephen’s baptism in 1816 the family was noted as living at Tresco.3

At the time of their marriage in 1837 Stephen was noted as a “bachelor” and “carpenter” from Tresco and “son of William Deason, farmer” and Caroline a “minor” from Tresco and “daughter of John Deason, farmer”. They were married by banns dated 10 September 1837 which also noted both as from Tresco.3

At the time of the baptism of daughter, Caroline Emma in 1838 the family were noted as living at Tresco.
