From the Fort Bragg Advocate 10 Nov 1909 Edition

A daughter was born to the wife of William Lawson at Brush Creek, November 3, 1909.

Wilson in the oil fields. Dad has a ceremonial knife that he brought back from there.

Ukiah Newspaper no date Vernon Wilson Ukiah - Vernon O. Wilson, 56, a life-long Mendicono County resident, died yesterday in a Ukiah hospital after a long illness.

Mr. Wilson was born in Manchestor and had esided in Ukiah for the past 15 years. He was a truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Lola Wilson, Ukiah; by a daughter, Linda Wilson, San Francisco, his step-children, Ronald Dumas and Barbara Cowen [sic], both of Ukiah; by his sisters, Mrs. Newell Rawles, Ukiah, Mrs. Lelia Gates, Arizona, Mrs. Eltha Romaine and Mrs. Oma Byers, both of Talmage.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Evesole Mortuary in Ukiah. Burial will be in Ukiah Cemetery.
