Arba Mills - Born in Kansas, died in Los Angeles on April 18, 1937, at the age of 49 years, 1 month and 5 days old. W.A. Brown Mortuary handled the service and she was interred in Lot 2757X F Plot.
William Roy Mills - Born in Missouri, died in Bakersfield on November 7, 1937, at the age of 25 years, 7 months and 12 days old. W.A. Brown Mortuary handled the service and he was interred in Lot 2638X F Plot.

Cause of Death (Coroner's Report) Fractured skull, chest injuries and broken leg received when car which he was driving collided with street car on 19th near T street when he attempted to pass a car ahead of him and collided with street car head on. The Bakersfield Californian - Monday, November 8, 1937 Crash claims east side man William Mills is victim of collision of auto and street car William Mills, 28, of 618 1/2 Monterey Street, fatally hurt when his automobile sideswiped a street car at 19th and T streets. Investigators said that Mills, driving an automobile in which his wife and mother-in-law were riding as passengers, was attempting to pass another car going west on 19th street, when his machine veered too far to the left and met the street car coming from the opposide direction. The automobile struck the street car a glancing blow on the driver's side. Mills receiving head injuries which proved fatal a few minutes after the crash. He was taken to San Joaquin Hospital by Flickinger-Digier ambulance, but was at the point of death on arrival. The body is at Flickinger-Digier chapel. The street car was operated by Paul Farmer, 1010 1/2 Oregon Street. 8
