General:

There is a Jessie B. Ewer living at 3710 Utah St. in the 1920 census of San Diego City, San Diego Co., CA. She is a 55 year old widow born in Ohio, her father was born in Ohio and her mother New York. The 1900 census of St. Helena, Napa Co., CA shows Jessie as being born in Ohio in June 1854 which would make her 66 instead of 55. Her father was born in Ohio and her mother also in Ohio. This may be the same Jessie but it is far from certain. There are no other Ewer's on the same page of the 1920 census in San Diego.

There is a Jessie B. Ewer in the California Death Index 1930-1939. She died 12/19/1936 in Alameda Co., CA at the age of 62. Her spouses initial was S. ^{11 12}
