Although the name of the subject of this photo is
known, her
connection to Baltimore is only assumed. This photo was found
with the photo listed as Mrs.
Palmer from the Russell Studio in Baltimore.
The submitter of this photo, who lives in Arizona
brought it back from
her grandson's collection in Virginia. She describes her grandson
as a "relicker" who recovered a number of lost photos!
