The Busey photo studio was established in 1870 and
lasted roughly 20 years.
This cabinet card was probably taken in the mid to late 1870s when the
studio was located at the corner of Charles and Fayette. Streets.
William is holding his pocket watch with his right
hand while his left hand
is gloved and appears to be holding the right glove.
