Ruth Frazer, daughter of the subject of this
1891 cabinet card, submitted this great image
depicting 5-year old John and his new
tricycle.
Although the photographer is unknown,
the family lived in Baltimore City.
John's mother, Flora R. Kaaz Frazer's
photograph can be viewed here.
John F. Frazer was a student at the
University of Maryland School of Law in
its early days.
