The Lochary Family

Fannie Lochary, sister of George, John & Tom
Mrs John Lochary (Mary Wilson)

On the left is Fannie Lochary, "sister of George, John & Tom." This information
matches that found in the 1880 census except for Tom, who is not
included in that enumeration. Fanny's cabinet card was made in the
Blessing & Kuhn Studio, 46 North Charles Street.

On the right is Mrs. John Lochary, or Mary Wilson, who interestingly
is not listed in the household of her husband, children and in-laws. Perhaps
she was deceased by the 1880 census. Her cabinet card photo
was made in the Walzl Imperial Portrait Studio, Eutaw & Franklin Streets and
21 East Baltimore Street.

Frank Lochary

This is a terrific photo of Frank Lochary. It was made in the
Richard Walzl studio at 205 West Baltimore Street, probably
in the 1880s. Notice that he is not only holding his straw
hat but a 19th-century version of the hoola-hoop!
Frank's relationship to the other Locharys is not known.
