These beautiful photographic portraits were both made
in the Plumley Studio
in Baltimore. Both are fully identified.
On the left is Frank J. Raymond, 13 years old dated 21 May 1906
On the right is Landau Frederick Raymond, 9 years old dated 5 February 1904
If the latter is the date of the photo, it was taken
during the great Baltimore Fire.
The Plumley Studio was located on Gay Street, an area that was spared.
This family has not been identified in the 1900, 1910,
1920 or 1930 census
enumerations of Maryland nor the 1900 census in Philadelphia.
These photos were all purchased on e-Bay from an Oregon dealer.
This cabinet card of Landau Frederick Raymond
is dated 5 August 1895, aged 6 months and
is likely a christening picture.
It was made in the M. Herbert Bridle studio
on South Second Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
