Robert Charles Reuling was a physician in Baltimore
City. This document was
issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Baltimore
City on 5 June 1894 registering
R. C. Reuling as a Physician and Surgeon in accordance
with Maryland law.
Unfortunately, this paper is quite fragile. It
had been folded in quarters.
When I located it, the top quarter was missing.
The Maryland State Archives list of Medical Practioners
in Maryland
identifies Robert
C. Reuling as having been born in 1872.
