ESTABLISHED PUBLIC HOUSE IN TAUNTON.

TO BE LET,

And entered on immediately,

ALL that Eligible PUBLIC-HOUSE, GARDEN, and PREMISES, together with a TENEMENT behind, situated in EAST STREET, TAUNTON, and known bp [sic] the Sign of the THREE HEARTS, now and for many years past in the possession of Mr. WILLIAM TURLE.

The Premises are held at a moderate rent, and would be found advantageous to any one who can command a sum from 50l. to 70l. being about the presumed value of the Stock, Fixtures, &c. &c.

For further particulars, apply on the Premises. (If by letter, post. paid.)
