NORTH CURRY, SOMERSET.

MR. EALES WHITE

Is directed to SELL by PEREMPTORY AUCTION, (with the assent of the official Assignee of the Estate and Effects of ROBERT[?] LOOSEMORE, a Bankrupt), at WAGHORN'S RAILWAY HOTEL, Taunton, on THURSDAY, the 15th of February, 1844, at Two o'Clock, Free of Auction Duty, and subject to such Conditions as may be produced.

ALL those several pieces of LAND, containing by admeasurement 22A. 3R. 24P., of which 3A. 1R. 4P., are held under the Dean and Chapter of Wells, for 2 lives, aged respectively, 69, 60, and the remaining 19A. 2R. 20P., are held for the residue of a Term of 99 years, determinable on the death of the survivor of the same lives, and another life aged 58 years.

The above parcels are situate in the parish of North Curry, near Buckland and Charlton Farms, and are in the occupation of Mr. Thomas WILLY, who will shew the same.
