TAUNTON.
<section not transcribed>
The architectural features of North Street, are undergoing some tasteful improvements. This street, formerly one of the most unsightly in the town, has been considerably altered in its exterior since it became the great thoroughfare to the Bristol and Exeter Railway Station. The reformations, just now-in progress, comprise new fronts to the Castle Inn and to the commodious house and shop of Mr. EASTON (grocer); the rebuilding of the house (formerly the Bear Inn, but now belonging to Mr. SUTTON, wine and sprit merchant,) and the widening of the pavements, at the bottom of the street, from the entrance to the Independent Chapel.
