OATH, ALLER, AND CURRY RIVEL,

SOMERSET.

TO be SOLD by AUCTION, by Mr. MORRIS, at the BELL INN, CURRY RIVEL, on MONDAY, 24th JULY, 1876, at Six o'clock in the evening, subject to such conditions of sale as shall then be produced, and in the following lots, the undermentioned valuable and productive closes of

LAND,

COTTAGES, AND PREMISES, VIZ,:-

LOT 1. - A close of arable land, called or known by the name of “The Hill Two Acres,” containing by admeasurement 1a. 1r. 34p. (more or less), situate at Oath, in the parish of Aller, and numbered 360 on the tithe map and apportionment of the said parish; and also, a right of roadway for the owners and occupiers of such close in, over, and through the barton belonging to a messuage formerly of John LAVER, deceased (now of Thomas PETTEY, and through the corner of the orchard thereto adjoining and belonging; and also a right of roadway, of the width of 14 feet, along the north western side of a close of land called “The Home Two Acres,” late of Mr. William UTTERMARE (now of Mr. Edward MORRISH), and adjoining this lot.

LOT 2. - A close of orchard land, situate in the parish of Curry Rivel, and called or known by the name of”Owl-street Orchard,” containing by admeasurement 1a 2r. 3p. (more or less), and numbered 248 on the tithe map and apportionment of the parish of Curry Rivel, together with the small strip of land formerly part of Coxe's Drove, and now enclosed therewith.

LOT 3. - A newly-built cottage, with the garden and premises thereto, situate between Wick and Oath, in the parish of Curry Rivel, and adjoining the road leading to Stathe, and forming part of the premises numbered 154 on the tithe map and apportionment of the said parish of Curry Rivel, late in the occupation of William FRENCH, as tenant thereof, and now unoccupied.

Lot 1 is held for the residue of a term of 1,000 years.

Lots 2 and 3 are freehold.
