Court having proceeded to the Trial of the following persons and after
hearing evidence for and against them severally came to the following
decisions ~ viz [The
judgment (fines) and court costs have not been transcribed. Most of
those convicted were fined 10 shillings and charged costs of 1
shilling, 8 pence. Some were awarded half that amount.] |

field return dated 5 June 1843 reports that at Consecon, 682 men were
assembled on parade with some sick and absent for a total of 751 men.] [Note: the last numerical field return is dated 4 June 1844 at Consecon and shows 521 men on parade out of a tota;l of 704 men.] [
