On 17 Jun 1804 Charlotte gave birth to her son George Prescott in Liverpool, Lancashire, England. He was christened 8 Jul 1804 at St. Peter. His father was James Bushell, but his parents were not married and he went by the surname Prescott throughout his life. On the 1851 Census, she was living with George's family.
On 5 Jul 1807 she married Hugh Parry at St. Anne, Liverpool. Their son Michael Parry was born 29 Aug 1808 and christened 26 Oct 1808 at St. Nicholas. Hugh is said to have died at sea in May 1809, though no records have bene found to confirm this.
On 1 Mar 1813 she married John Hulmston in Doddleston, Cheshire, England. Their children were all christened in Doddleston: Thomas, born 20 Oct 1813; John, born 12 Nov 1815 and died 23 Mar 1816; and John Henry, born 29 Jun 1817.
