This is an ancient map of the Frankfurt, Koblenz, Kehrig area. The thick black line running along the right edge of this map is the Rhine River. The town of Frankfurt is to the East (right) of the the town labeled as "Megantiaeum," (in parenthesis, Mainzs) which lies at the confluence of the rivers in the upper right of the picture. Frankfurt is not labeled as such in this map but would be below the town Nida on the right edge of the map. Koblenz lies on the river to Frankfurt's upper left, situated about in the upper center of this map. Kehrig would be located to its Southwest. Also see map Koblenz.
The title of the map translates "Roman border area against the Teutons."
