Taken in 1972, outside Debbie Franklin's house, between graduating Basic Training at Ft. Knox, Kentucky, and travelling to Advanced Individual Training at Ft. Bliss, El Paso, Texas. Deborah Gaye Franklin and I dated for a short while in early 1970 until, as she told me, her parents didn't want a Freshman (Debbie) dating a Senior (me). Debbie took this picture in front of her home at 26431 Monticello Dr., Inkster. In her last letter to me in March 1973 she wrote that her folks sold the house and they had to be out by June 15. That's the last I heard from her. |
