Directions to the Burgess Cemetery - Jackson Co. TN
Lambert Hollow Road is just past the Nameless Community Center on
Shepherdsville Road. You go approximately 1.8 miles up Lambert Hollow Road and take a left into a cow pasture. There is a gate there and a dirt track along a fence row. It is within site once
you go through the gate. The Burgess graves are in a metal enclosed fence on the left and the others are on the right of the track over a fence in a cow pasture under a stand of trees.

William can be found as a widower in the 1900 Jackson Co. TN living with his son Wm.
Note: In that census Wm Sr's age is listed as 75 with his birth Oct 1824. This agrees with the age given in the 1880 census but not in the 1860 census.
