In testimony where of I have hereunto set my hand as Clerk as a foresaid this January 25, 1846.

I J.C. Logan an acting Justice of the Peace within and fore the County of Clark do truely certify and make known that on the fifth of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five at the County a foresaid came before me W D Wood7y to me well known who is and hten was a residence of said county and then of age twenty five years and Tilitha Crow also to me well known who then was a resident of said county and then of the age of twenty three years and they the said W W Woody and Tilitha Crow where then there by me at there mutual request and desire join in the bonds of matrimony and W W Woody then there promising and agreeing to take Taletha Crow to wife and her as her husband to love christ (sp?) and protect untill death shall thine part and she the said Talitha Crow then ther promising and agreeing to take the said W. W. Woody for her husband and him as her husband to honor, love and obey untill death should then part. They the said W. W. Woody and Talitha Crow then became and by me was then there declard t obe man and wife.
