NOTES

Despite the seemingly anomalous baptism date, evidence from wills and the Death Duty Register points to William HOLLIDAY (Sh44) being son of William and Ann. It also indicates that by about 1808 only 4 of the above children were still alive - Mary OLIVER and Elizabeth, Thomas and Richard HOLLIDAY. (For more information please email me.)

Variant spellings of the surname HOLLIDAY include HOLIDAY, HOLLODAY, HOLYDAY, HOLLYDAY etc.
