   Hello List
   I am researching families of William Patterson d. 1 Sept 1847 Pike County
   and a James Anderson executor of William Patterson's Will. According to a
   statement that James Anderson gave in Wm. Patterson's petition for pension #
   R-8011 of Rev. War.
   He said William Patterson was son of William Patterson of Pike Co MO and
   was one of this William Patterson's 'living heirs.'
   
   My ancestor John W. Patterson who married Nancy Matilda Scroggins/Scoggins 9
   Jul 1863, he died 1869 and she remarried one John P. Anderson.
   
   I am trying to find out who James Anderson was and was he the parent of John
   P. Anderson, and where they lived in Pike Co?
   Any help I can find about the death of John W. Patterson would be greatly
   appreciated
