  James Treba Stobaugh, 81, of Russellville died Monday, Dec. 9 (2002) at St. Mary's Hospital in Russellville.
  Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11 at Humphrey Chapel in Russellville. The Arkansas State Police Honor Guard will provide funeral honors immediately following the service at Humphrey Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time Wednesday, Dec. 11 at the chapel. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Morrilton.
  The son of James and LuCinda Scroggins Stobaugh was born March 24, 1921 in Morrilton. On Sept. 6, 1946 he married Mary Ruffiner who survives him.
