  CLARENCE (DOC) SCROGGINS
  Clarence (Doc) Scroggins, 72, of Waldron died Tuesday, March 10 in a
  local hospital. He was a retired Tech for U.S. Forest Service after 46
  years of service, and attended Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church.
  Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 13 in
  Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church with burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near
  Waldron.
  He is survived by his wife, Juanita Hicks Scroggins, of the home;
  one son and daughter-in-law: Terral Kent and Sissy Scroggins, of
  Mansfield; one grandchild, Jeffery DeWayne Pyles, of Mansfield; several
  nieces and nephews.
  Martin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.²
