Octavia Scoggins Dewberry born in Gerogia in 1848 with the son Noah born in 1881 and died 1920 is my ggrandmother. Noah moved from Fulton County to Toccoa in 1910. He was married to Ada Scoggins, they had 3 children Ida Louise, Ollie Mae and Cora Scoggins. He was the Corner of the town. I am looking for more information on her to link my Cherokee hertiage. I need to find out what scroll we belong too, the Cherokees will not even discuss this until I have this information, then they said they would tell me about my family. I did not know about John or Julia. I am looking for inforamtion about his death as well as who Octavia's husband was at that time or was she married when she had Noah, John and Julia. Does anyone know John's birthday or Julia's new name? I would like to meet some of my people that my grandmother would not let her children get to know. My father has a large family and most are still alive and it would be nice to bring them all together to figure out why such a mystery about there past. Please help close the gaps for my family. - [S2403] Ancestry.com, Georgia Deaths, 1919-98, URL: http://www.ancestry.com/search/db.aspx?dbid=5426&enc=1, Name: Noah Scoggins
