    FREDERICKSBURG — Simon Rusty Scroggins, 22, of Fredericksburg, died Sunday, Oct. 28, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Rochester, Minn.

    He was born June 23, 1985, in New Hampton, son of Chuck and Ann Armbrecht Scroggins. He attended Johnson Senior High School in St. Paul, Minn.

    Survivors include: his father, Chuck (Ann) Scroggins of New Hampton; mother, Ann Scroggins (Beth Boldt) of St. Paul; two brothers, Matthew of Fredericksburg and Boe of Iowa Falls; a sister, Cindy Miller of Tripoli; a stepbrother; four stepsisters; maternal grandparents, Richard and Marge Armbrecht of Fredericksburg; and paternal grandmother, Pat Scroggins of Waterloo.

    Preceded in death by: a brother, Rusty; his grandfather, Albert Scroggins; and half brother, Danny Miller.

    Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, both in Fredericksburg. Public visitation from 3 to 8 p.m. today Hugeback & Chenoweth Funeral Home, Fredericksburg, and also for an hour before services Thursday at the church.
