The Rev. Roy Crowe will officiate and burial will follow in Dykes Cemetery in Louisville with Kent Funeral Home of Eufaula directing. Mr. Scroggins died Tuesday, April 2, 2002 in Montgomery after a brief illness. Born October 14, 1939 in Bessemer, AL, Mr. Scroggins was the son of the late Willis Hovey and Clyde Cordell Danner Scroggins. He was formerly of Eufaula and had lived in Montgomery since 1963. Survivors include his wife, Marsha Scroggins, Montgomery; a son, Ronnie E. Scroggins, Pensacola, FL; two daughters, Cynthia Annette Scroggins, Wetumpka and Michelle Rena Scroggins, Montgomery; a sister, Ruby S. Moore, Eufaula and two grandchildren, Derick and Tera Nicole Scroggins. Active pallbearers will be David Moore, Greg Moore, Charles Hannon, Don Spillers, Mickey Price and Harry Price.

  The funeral service for Mr. Billy Clyde Scroggins, 62, was held Thursday, April 4, from Kent Funeral Home Chapel in Eufaula. The Rev. Roy Crowe officiated and burial was in Dykes Cemetery in Louisville. Mr. Scroggins died Tuesday, April 2, in Montgomery after a brief illness.
