He was born on September 12, 1927, in Waukegan, IL. The son of Robert and Bernice, nee Petraus; survivors include his wife, Barbara of Merrill, WI; one son, Thomas M. Scroggins Jr., of Lake Tomahawk, WI.; one daughter, Cynthia Jane Scroggins, of Milwaukee, WI.; stepson, Tom (Anna) Hudson, of Greenbay, WI.; one stepdaughter, Catherine (Tom) Schmidt, of Merill, WI.; grandfather of two; great- grandfather of one; and stepgrandfather of four. He was preceded in death by his first wife Jane, nee Roesch, Scroggins. Visitation will be Friday, April 14 at the Bolger Funeral Home Chapel, 6 to 8 p.m., 212 Chicago St., Minocqua, WI.
