Mr. James H. Baker, 75, of 1611 Arlington Avenue, Louisville, died Saturday, November 29, 1997 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.
Born February 7, 1922 in Louisville, he was the son of the late Thomas H. and Myrtle Scroggins Baker.
He was a retired construction worker, a U. S. Army Veteran and a member of the Harrodsburg Church of God.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Ashton of Harrodsburg.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 3, at the Harrodsburg Church of God with Rev. Paula Farmer and Bro. Glen Daugherty officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jim Barger, Paul Butler, Marty Long, Larry Coontz, Jerry David and Jimmy Coffman.
