Alice R. Sansbury Scroggins

Funeral services for Alice R. Sansbury Scroggins, 66, of Jeffersonville, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 22, at Coots Funeral Home, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Thursday, May 18, 2006, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was the retired owner of Scroggins Plumbing, an area business established by her and her husband Dillard who died in 1986. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society.
Survivors include her children, Ronnie Scroggins, Jerry (Erin) Scroggins, Mike (Christy) Scroggins and Lisa (Charles) Garwood, all of Jeffersonville; a sister, Dorothy Troutman, Louisville; grandchildren, Brian, Bradly and Brandon Scroggins and Allison, Charlie and Sara Garwood; and one great-granddaughter.
Brothers, Jimmy and Charlie Sansbury and Dan Carr preceded her in death.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 1 to 8 p.m., Sunday, May 21 and after 9 a.m. Monday.
