    Funeral for Henry Scroggins Sr., 57, of Nacogdoches will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in St. Paul CME Church with the Rev. Artis Teal officiating. Burial will be in Ras Johnson Memorial Garden, Nacogdoches. Scroggins died Aug. 6, 2006, in Nacogdoches Medical Center. Born Nov. 19, 1948, in Nacogdoches, he was the son of Dave and Zellah Horn Scroggins. He was affiliated with Richardson Chapel Church of the Living God PGT. Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Scroggins of Nacogdoches; sons, Henry Scroggins Jr. of Dallas and Fredrick Scroggins of Mount Enterprise; brothers, Howard Scroggins and Melvin Steadham, both of Nacogdoches; sisters, Mertie Scroggins, Eddie Scroggins and Vernell Vallet, all of Nacogdoches; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. today. Sid Roberts Funeral Home.
