   BILOXI --- Mrs. Helen Rebecca Scroggins, 63, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2000, in Biloxi.
   
   Mrs. Scroggins was born in Jena, La., and had been a resident of the Gulf Coast for eight years.
   
   Survivors include her husband, Joe B. Scroggins of Biloxi; four daughters, Patricia Ann Bennett of Atmore, Ala., Rebecca Sue Hughes of Hattiesburg, Hazel Olivia Linke of Bradenton, Fla., and Sandra Marie Broome of Jena; two sons, Kenneth Earl Hastings Sr., of Wilmer, Ala., and Donald Ray Hastings of Atmore; a sister, Florene Brunkowski of Jena; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
   
   Visitation will be from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. today at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. A procession will then leave the funeral home at 1:15 for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service at Biloxi National Cemetery.
   
   The family prefers memorials to the Salvation Army of Biloxi, P.O. Box 9, Biloxi, MS 39533.
