   Ronald E. Leach            
   NEW ALBANY LEACH, RONALD E., 71, died Wednesday June 4, 2008, at Floyd Memorial Hospital, in New Albany. He was a native of Champaign, IL and a Marine veteran. He was a member of St. Marks United Church of Christ in New Albany and the Redman's Club. Mr. Leach was an active member of the Blinded Veteran's Association. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Effie Leach; and brother, Darrell W. Leach. Survivors include a son, Robert A. Leach, of New Albany, IN; daughter, Cynthia L. Scroggins, of Jeffersonville, IN; sisters, Janice M. Barker, of Jeffersonville, IN and Judith Caufield, of California; and grandchildren, Nicholas R. and Benjamin M. Scroggins, of Jeffersonville, IN. The funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Oak Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, 1846 E. Oak Street, New Albany. Visitation will be held 1-8 p.m. Friday with entombment in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park, in New Albany. Expressions of sympathy to: St. Marks Church of Christ or the Blinded Veterans Association Veterans.
