Harrison James Acord, son of James A. and Cassandra M. Scroggins Acord of Brighton, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 1999, in Children's Hospital, St. Louis, two days after his birth on September 14. Surviving besides his parents are grandparents, Howard and Elda Acord of Fosterburg, Michael and Linda Scroggins of Troy; great grandparents, Virginia Bauer of Coffeen, Homer and Eileen Burk of East Alton, Kenneth and Margary Bryan of Wood River; great grand grandmother, Lola Katonah of Wood River.
