  Alfa J. Welty, 87, of Bel- Wood Nursing Home, formerly of Findlay, died at 8:55 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1993, at her
  
  residence.
  
  She was born June 1, 1905, in Findlay to Frank and Mamie Scroggins Welty.
  
  Surviving is one cousin, Beulah Baugher of Peoria.
  
  She graduated from nursing school and trained at Shelbyville Memorial Hospital in Shelbyville.
  
  She was a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church.
  
  Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Findlay Cemetery in Findlay. There will be no visitation. Cumerford- Endsley Memorial Home is in charge of arrangements.
