The Cases of McCaffrey and Niland
The Judge, at the recent term of our Court, refusing to change the venue , in the case of McCaffrey, in all probability there will be a special term of the Court for the trial of these unfortunate men sometime in February next. So far as public opinion is concerned in the county, we think an impartial Jury might as readily be found here as in the adjoining county.
