Follis Reunions
The 4th Annual Follis-Fallis-F_ll_s Reunion for 2020 was canceled due to COVID-19. It was to be held in Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana in the Discovery Center meeting room of the Geneaogy Center on the second floor of the Allen County Public library that was closed from March thru July with meeting rooms closed until October 1, 2020. Up-to-date information can be found on my Follis Families in the United States Facebook page and/or you can join the hidden private Follis-Fallis-Follas-Folis-Fallas-Follos DNA Facebook page - contact me for details. The 3rd Follis Reunion was held in San Antonio, Texas, 2nd Follis Reunion in Tennessee, and the First Follis Reunion was held near my Follis ancestors in Sheandoah County, Virginia.

The 1952 Daniel Follis Reunion held in Marion, Indiana must have been sent to many newspapers as I found several and post some of them here. Daniel Follis was a brother to my great-great-grandfather Thomas Follis. I am not aware if my family attended any of their Follis Reunions, but "assume" they did as I have a photo of Daniel and brother Reuben with my Thomas at Thomas' home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The local Indianapolis Star newspaper is not too far from the Follis Family in Converse, Miami County, Indiana.

1939 Labor Day Follis Reunion in Converse, Indiana the hometown of Daniel Follis and his wife Lydia Zook was featured in the Kokomo Tribune newspaper in Howard County, Indiana located southwest of Converse, Miami County, Indiana.
