Scott Bar is located in northwestern Siskiyou County.  It is a small community that can be accessed by taking Highway 96 at the Interstate 5 junction approximately ten miles north of Yreka.  Travel west on Highway 96 until you reach the small community of Horse Creek.  Approximately two miles past Horse Creek is the Scott Bar turn-off to the south.  Follow this road about six miles to the Scott Bar Post Office.  Fifty yards past the post office is a small dirt road to the right.  There is a small "Cemetery" sign nailed to a tree.  Follow the dirt road approximately 100 yards to the cemetery.  There is a closed gate but it can be opened to allow vehicle access.  Be sure to close the gate after yourself!
