In the name of the Father…..

Dear Lord, 
We come together today to celebrate and rejoice, as we
recall Your Birth on that first Christmas Morning, so long
ago. We ask You to bless this Hurley gathering with great
joy and peace, as we break bread together and share laughter
and happiness. In particular please bless our ‘little
ones’ - Keira, who is celebrating her very first
Christmas ever, and little Mary who is rejoicing in her
third Christmas. We also keep in our prayers Adrian and
Mary who are not here with us physically, but unite with us
in spirit as they spend their first Christmas in Heaven. 

Lord, may today be a beautiful beginning to a festive season
of family gatherings and the treasuring of those we love.
May we take the time today to spread good cheer and joy on
everyone we meet. We ask all this in Jesus’ name.
