In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his first wife, Lovania Tipton Taylor; four sisters, Bertha Taylor, Olie Reed, May Peters, and Polly Ann Taylor; and six brothers, Jack, Tom, Ed, Joe, Guy and Owen Peters Taylor. Surviving are his wife, Reba Wampler Jennings Taylor, Gate City, Va.; one daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Lowell Grizzle, Ft. Blackmore, Va.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Donnie and Brenda Taylor, Hiltons, Va., Michael and Teresa Taylor, Kingsport, and Ronnie Taylor, Gate City, Va.; two sisters, Sally Quillen, Gate City, Va., and Marie Alley, Yuma, Va.; step-daughters, Paulette Wagner and husband, David, Anita Duff and Lesa Jennings, all of Akron, Oh.; step-son, Darrell Jennings and wife, Brenda, Akron, Oh.; six grandchildren, Jamie Grizzle, Mark, Lacey, Donnovan, Adam and Luke Taylor; eight step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Taylor and Justin Grizzle; ten step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, Va. Pallbearers will be Bill Alley, Kayro Taylor, W.C. Taylor, Gary Peters, Glen Taylor and Don Bagley. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Dougherty, Joe Quillen, Paul Crook, Johnny Culbertson, Cleveland Tipton and Jim Smith. The family will meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.".
