"Welcome To My World"
1. Using Outlook Express, compose an HTML file in the box you ordinarily compose outgoing messages.
Save as an htm file.
2. Go to Internet Explorer, and open the file. I called it sburl.htm ( slowbell url ).
3. You will see what you typed in the compose box of Outlook Express here in your browser.
Clik on the "View" menu, then clik on "Source", you will see your htm file's code:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html;charset=iso-8859-1">
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD W3 HTML//EN">
<HTML>
<HEAD>

<META content=text/html;charset=iso-8859-1 http-equiv=Content-Type>
<META content='"MSHTML 4.72.3110.7"' name=GENERATOR>
</HEAD>
<BODY bgColor=#ffffff>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><A
HREF="http://slowbell.home.mindspring.com/slowbel2.htm">SLOWBELL'S HOME
PAGE</A>
</FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML>

5. After "HREF=" in between the quotes put your URL ( don't forget the
http:// ), it won't in this case work without it ). In plain language, after
the " > " type what you want to call it...in this case: "SLOWBELL'S HOME
PAGE.
6. Save the rest as is, and save the file to:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationary\filename.htm
7. Return to Outlook Express. Clik on "Compose", then "New Message
Using...".
8. When the box drops down, clik on "More Stationary", select your file, and
clik on "Open".
9.  Note that it says: "New Message Using..." for that reason, do this before anything else.
